If for any reason your garment needs any minor adjustments, our pledge to you is that we will help you find the perfect fit.
What if my clothes need an alteration?
While we tailor each garment to your customized measurements, there are times an alteration may be necessary to ensure the perfect fit. If your garment needs a minor alteration please open an Alteration Request within 14 days of receipt on our website. All minor alterations are free. That means we will cover any fees associated with any minor alterations necessary to provide you with the perfect fit, free of charge.
How do I open an Alteration Request?
Simply log in to your profile, click on the order that needs a minor alteration. Select which garments need to be altered. An authorization code will be generated for each garment. Save this authorization code as you will need to bring with you to one of our Select Tailors.
How do I find a Select Tailor?
For all alteration needs, please check HERE for a Zigmano Select Tailor closest to you. Please visit the Select Tailor during their hours of operation and ensure to bring your authorization code. No alterations will be made without an authorization code.

What happens if I do NOT live close to a Select Tailor Shop?
If you do not live close to a Select Tailor shop you will need an authorization code and a tailor signed PDF fitting form which can be generated from your profile on our site. The authorization code and the signed fitting form will be necessary to submit along with your receipt in the reimbursement request. Please submit your reimbursement request - HERE.

How long should I expect before I receive my reimbursement?
Please expect at least 10 business days from the day you submit your Alteration Request form to receive your reimbursement. If you do not receive it within that time frame please contact our Zigmano Specialist at [email protected] for assistance
What is your Return Policy?
At this time we do not offer refunds on the garments as each order is custom measured and made to your specifications. If there is an issue with the quality or make of your garment please reach out to our Zigmano Specialist at [email protected] for assistance.
